One of Ipswich jets Best, Leaves to Make Her Mark!
Nicole joined the Ipswich Jets Leagues Club in 2005 as a front of house staff member, before she was quickly recognised as a leader and was soon promoted to a Duty Manager position in 2006 and continued until 2011. After her husband started playing for the Jets, Nicole decided to join the Football department in June 2013 and has not looked back since. Over the last 16 years she has held several positions, mentored many team members, led from the front, and worked with several CEOs, where each time, she was the one consistent, that kept the ship steady and always moving forward. Her commitment, drive, passion, dedication, love of the Jets, friendliness, and professionalism, have helped make the Ipswich Jets what they are today and her humour, is something that will also be strongly missed.
The Savige Pest Control Ipswich Jets Chief Executive Officer, Richard Hughes said, “Nicole has a fire and drive that I have not seen burn so bright, in anyone I have met in my work life before. This driven desire to succeed is why I know she will be successful in her new venture and why we give her all our support and best wishes and understand her decision to pursue her dreams.
Mr Hughes continued “There is no doubt Nicole’s departure will leave a huge gap in our team, but I know she will still be close by to support when asked. Her loyalty and love of this club is second to none and through the rollercoaster ride, that is the sport of Rugby League, she has been the rock that every club needs.”
The Savige Pest Control Ipswich Jets Chairman, Steve Johnson added to the remarks,” On behalf of the Board, fans, players, staff, sponsors and partners, I would like to extend our upmost gratitude to Nicole for all of her hard work through the years.
Mr Johnson continued “For all the times The Ipswich Jets have asked Nicole to step up, she did. For every life milestone she let us be part of and for everything she has done for this club, we all thank you. Her familiar friendly face is one that anyone associated with the Jets would know, and something we will miss, but we sincerely wish her all the best for the future.”
The Savige Pest Control Ipswich Jets will start the recruitment process for a new Commercial Manager shortly and would ask you to submit any interest via the appropriately advertised channels.
Nicole can still be contacted via her normal email and phone until 5 June and other arrangements will be advised post that date, once known.
