Passionate about community, viability and sustainability, Richard brings a new insight and drive to the team to push the Ipswich Jets into a new era.
With over 15 years executive experience working with charities, leading high level fundraising teams, and multimillion dollar budgets, Richard sees a bright future for the Ipswich Jets as a leader within both the local and rugby league communities.
Already incorporating successful initiatives in 2019, 2020 will focus on the commercial success of the Ipswich Jets and strengthen its financial sustainability as a brand.
Justine Parisi
Football Operations and Senior Digital Manager
Justine Parisi
Justine is our Football Operations and Senior Digital Manager and is an integral part of the Ipswich Jets. In her third season with the Jets, she ensures the Jets are compliant with all the requirements needed to participate in the Queensland Rugby League State Competition. Justine has a background in logistics and team management and interacts daily with our Coaches, players, support staff and internal administration team to ensure everything on and off the rugby league field is completed. She is responsible to ensure the Jets kick off game day as a professional and compliant rugby league club. Justine also is also responsible for the digital side of the business, creating innovative and creative marketing items for socials and print media to promote the Jets. Justine is a passionate rugby league fan and is committed to the Jets and is an important member of the Jets family.

Wellbeing and Education Officer

Josh has been with the Ipswich Jets since 2015 and initially starting in a volunteer role as the club chaplain. A position birthed from an unfortunate tragedy and forth sight of then CEO Wayne Wendt, which has now grown into the paid position of Wellbeing and Education Officer. Still with the same heart for looking after the players and their families, the role has been formalised with the support of the NRL to the paid position that it is today. Looking after the players wellbeing off the field is of the upmost importance for the Jets. Having our players leave our club, not just as great footy players but all round great men is our passion.

Aaron joined our team in 2023 and serves as a versatile professional, adept in the roles of graphic design, photography, and videography. Responsible for curating engaging digital content, he plays a crucial part in elevating the team's visual profile. His expertise extends to marketing, where he actively contributes to shaping the team's online image. With a commitment to infusing creativity and innovation into the sports arena, Aaron ensures that the Ipswich Jets make a distinctive impact, both in their on-field performance and digital presence.

My role is Head of Football and Head Coach of the Ipswich Jets Host Plus Cup Squad, my role entails overseeing the junior development program ensuring we have a framework and uniformed structure for the clubs' individual teams to work from using a uniformed language and game model, educating coaches on up-to-date best coaching practises, overseeing the whole Host Plus Cup program from recruitment, retention, talent identification, roster management, game model implementation, training planning, staff development and relationship building within our immediate squad and wider reaching community.

Ben is our newest member, and his responsibilities include meticulous event planning, staff management, and overseeing venue operations to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for Jets fans. Ben has a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, and the ability to handle emergencies effectively.
Paula Stuart
Netball Head Coach
Paula Stuart
As the coach for the Ipswich Jets Sapphire Team in the QLD Netball Competition, I oversee a comprehensive range of responsibilities. This includes not only coaching the team and coordinating technical/tactical trainings but also mentoring coaches in both the Sapphire and Ruby teams. I collaborate with strength and conditioning coaches to structure the season effectively. Additionally, I organize coaching clinics for the region, focusing on clear plans and purposes to elevate the standard of play. I also dedicate time to coaching coaches, imparting essential skills and knowledge for the broader netball community. Beyond the game, I actively contribute to community engagement by promoting our sponsors, fostering unity and support.

Jye is responsible for maximizing revenue streams through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives. He collaborates with sponsors to enhance our brand visibility, negotiate deals, and cultivate long-term relationships. Balancing financial objectives with the team's image, he develops innovative marketing campaigns to engage fans and attract new audiences. Analysing market trends and leveraging the team's assets, he creates compelling sponsorship packages. This role demands a keen understanding of both the sports industry and corporate dynamics, ensuring a symbiotic relationship between the team's success and commercial prosperity.

Operations support – Netball
Troye Pollock
Troyes role within Jets Netball Club includes handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and managing logistics. Responsibilities include organizing paperwork, coordinating travel arrangements, liaising between team members and officials, and assisting with matchday operations. She also plays a role in player support, team morale, and contributes to scouting and performance analysis. Troye has strong organizational and communication skills, a commitment to team dynamics, and a focus on creating a positive and cohesive environment for the players.
