Sport and Recreation Acitve Inclusion Program

The Queensland Government recently provided Jets Rugby League Club with funding to conduct first aid, leaguesafe and coach accreditation courses including club development workshops to get more Queenslanders active through the Sport and Recreation Active Inclusion Program.

This program delivered essential education and training to volunteers to improve the skills of the volunteer and ensure that activities are conducted in a safe manner by appropriately qualified and educated people. The funding also provided opportunities for volunteers to participate in professional development workshops thereby enhancing their capacity to work with the Jets and other sport and recreation organisations.

The Jets Rugby League Club acknowlegdes and thanks the Queensland Government for it’s support and assistance.
