The Ipswich Jets are thrilled to announce that Moses Mbye will join the Club as our marquee signing for the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
Moses will help the Jets build off the back of this season’s success and lead the Jets to another level in the coming years.
Moses brings with him a wealth of experience: 194 first-grade NRL games across the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, Wests Tigers, and St George Illawarra Dragons, scoring 28 tries, kicking 141 goals, and amassing a total of 396 points.
At representative level, he has proudly worn the Queensland jersey in three State of Origin matches and the Prime Ministers XIII and World All Stars jerseys.
Moses has also been a key contributor at St Helens ongoing success in the English Super League making 55 appearances, scoring 6 tries, and adding a memorable drop goal.
Moses will join the Jets with more than 250 elite level professional appearances to his name and in the prime of his illustrious career.
On the field, his versatility and leadership across key spine positions will add immense value to the Jets’ senior squad. Off the field, he will step into the role of Programs and Development Manager, where he will be responsible for enhancing the football program, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent into the senior grades, and aligning junior football structures with the performance standards and expectations of the senior environment.
The appointment of Moses highlights the Jets’ commitment to combining immediate on-field strength with long-term player development.
