A local Ipswich company is excited to join the club as a sponsor, with Employer Protect putting their support behind the club as it gears up for a huge year in 2021.
Employer Protect is an Industrial Relations and Human Resources firm that caters for big and small businesses, and for the last 21 years has been going about its work in challenging and often fast-moving times for businesses.
“We assist employers with staffing matters such as modern award interpretations, work compensation, common law contracts, workplace investigations and mediation, plus payroll and Fair Work Compliance audits,” said Managing Director Colin Dorber, a passionate footy fan.
“We also provide a fully outsourced Human Resources service that includes payroll to companies throughout Australia.
“As a company director, I help to guide and monitor the management of the company in partnership with the staff as we work as a strong and cohesive team.”
Appealing to small and large businesses, the company has offices in Ipswich and Townsville, with a service to both city and country clients, along with giving back to their community.
“Previously we’ve thrown our support behind Lifeline/Kids Helpline, NSW Wildlife Information and Rescue, GIVIT, Switchon, plus one of my staff is a member of Ipswich City Rotary Club.
“As a sponsor now at Ipswich Jets, it adds to our belief that sport is the life blood of many cities and we are keen to ensure that we help play a role by proving that support to the club.
“What do I love about Ipswich? It’s the people. They make this town great, there are many great people working in the background doing great community work, helping others and being quite selfless.
“That is what helps to make Ipswich shine.”
A proud member of the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce, you’ll find Employer Protect in the heart of the Top of Town, at 160 Brisbane Street, Ipswich.
